Checking the System E-mail Failure History

If you cannot receive the audit log e-mail from Administration or the notification e-mail from kintone or Cybozu Office, check the system e-mail failure history and change the settings of the system mail account.
The system e-mail failure history lists up to the 10 latest entries for the last one month. Entries older than one month are deleted, and thus you cannot check them.
  1. Click the gear-shaped menu button in the header.

  2. Click Users & System Administration.

  3. Click System Mail Account.

  4. On the "System Mail Account" screen, click System E-mail Failure History.

Fields in System E-mail Failure History

The following fields are included:

  • Recipient
    Displays the e-mail address of the recipient.
    When e-mail was attempted to be sent to multiple recipients at the same time, the history displays one e-mail address followed by the message "xx more".
  • Sent
  • Server Settings Utilized
    Displays the IP address or host name, port number, and other setting details of the outgoing e-mail server.
  • Error
    Displays the error code, e-mail address, cause, and others.
