This page describes the languages available in cybozu.com and the language used by the Administration system.

The available display languages in cybozu.com are as follows: Each user can set their own display language.

• Japanese
• English
• Simplified Chinese
• Traditional Chinese
• Spanish

Even when display language is set, some screens may be displayed only in English.

You can set the language used by the e-mails sent from Administration and the error messages for API.

1. Click the gear-shaped menu button in the header.

2. Click Users & System Administration.

3. Click Locale.

4. In "Language", select your language.
   

5. Click Save.

The system language you have specified is used for the following e-mails sent from Administration.

• E-mails notifying you when an audit log is generated
• E-mails notifying you of login information
  When "Use Web browser settings" is selected, e-mails are sent in the system language.

If both following conditions are met, an error message will be displayed in the system language.

• The "Accept-Language" property of the HTTP header is not specified
• The user running API has selected "Use Web browser settings" for the display language setting
