Several types of e-mail addresses can be the target of e-mails.

  • E-mail addresses of cybozu.com Store Administrators
  • E-mail address registered as "Contact Details" in "Profile"
  • E-mail address registered as "Billing Details" in "Profile"
  • E-mail addresses of Administrators

Ensure that the e-mail address is properly set and whether it is configured to stop e-mail delivery.

According to your requirement, refer to the following pages:

Your E-mail Client Settings

Check the setting regarding "no-reply@cybozu.com".

  • Check whether it is rejected by the e-mail setting.
  • Check whether it is sorted as spam.
  • Check whether it is specified as the target of auto transfer or sort.

Your E-mail Server Settings

  • Check whether overload or out of disk space problem exists in the e-mail server.
  • Check whether it is sorted as spam.
