Several types of e-mail addresses can be the target of e-mails.
- E-mail addresses of cybozu.com Store Administrators
- E-mail address registered as "Contact Details" in "Profile"
- E-mail address registered as "Billing Details" in "Profile"
- E-mail addresses of Administrators
Ensure that the e-mail address is properly set and whether it is configured to stop e-mail delivery.
According to your requirement, refer to the following pages:
Your E-mail Client Settings
Check the setting regarding "no-reply@cybozu.com".
- Check whether it is rejected by the e-mail setting.
- Check whether it is sorted as spam.
- Check whether it is specified as the target of auto transfer or sort.
Your E-mail Server Settings
- Check whether overload or out of disk space problem exists in the e-mail server.
- Check whether it is sorted as spam.
