cybozu.com Administrators can receive emails regarding the maintenance and incident status. This page describes the steps to set up cybozu.com Administrators who receive emails.

Steps

  1. Click the gear-shaped menu button in the header.

  2. Click Users & System Administration.

  3. Click Administrators.

  4. In the "Administrators " section, select the checkboxes only for the users who will receive the emails.

  5. Click Save.

Register an email address in "E-mail Address" of the user information.

Your Email Client Settings

Configure your email client settings so that you can receive emails from "no-reply@cybozu.com".
If one of the following conditions is met, you may not be able to receive emails.

  • The email address is blocked.
  • The emails are filtered as junk.
  • The emails are automatically transferred or filtered.

Your Email Server Settings

Check the settings and status of your email server. If one of the following conditions is met, your email client may not be able to receive emails.

  • The emails from "no-reply@cybozu.com" are filtered as junk.
  • Your email server is overloaded.
  • Your email server capacity is strained.
