Receiving E-Mails from cybozu.com

Administrators can receive e-mails regarding the maintenance and incident status. This page describes the steps to set up Administrators who receive e-mails.

Procedure

  1. Click the gear-shaped menu button in the header.

  2. Click Users & System Administration.

  3. Click Administrators.

  4. In the "Administrators " section, select the checkboxes only for the users who will receive the e-mails.

  5. Click Save.

When You Cannot Receive E-mails

When you do not receive e-mails from cybozu.com, please verify the settings described below.

Your E-mail Client Settings

Configure your e-mail client settings so that you can receive e-mails from "no-replay@cybozu.com".
If one of the following conditions is met, you may not be able to receive e-mails.

  • The e-mail address is blocked.
  • The e-mails are filtered as junk.
  • The e-mails are automatically transferred or filtered.

Your E-mail Server Settings

Check the settings and status of your e-mail server. If one of the following conditions is met, your e-mail client may not be able to receive e-mails.

  • The e-mails from "no-replay@cybozu.com" are filtered as junk.
  • Your e-mail server is overloaded.
  • Your e-mail server capacity is strained.
