Types of Administrators

Types of Administrators

There are the following four types of administrators for cybozu.com:

• cybozu.com Store Administrator
  An administrator who manages cybozu.com licenses and configures access controls for cybozu.com.
• Users & System Administrator
  An administrator who configures various settings, such as adding users and security settings.
• Administrator
  A special user that is created automatically when the domain is created. By default, the Administrator account is "Inactive" and thus it cannot be used as a user. For details, refer to the following page:

• Department Administrators
  A user who manages users and departments in a certain department. This administrator does not exist by default, but can be created by Users & System Administrators as needed. For details, refer to the following page:

Permissions for Administrators

A user who creates a new cybozu.com environment will be granted the permissions of both cybozu.com Store Administrators and Users & System Administrators. The following table describes actions allowed to administrators of each type:

• ✔: Indicates actions that administrators are allowed to perform.
• Empty cell: Indicates actions that administrators are not allowed to perform.
