Data capacity
The data capacity for your entire domain is found on the Service usage screen in Administration.

This page describes how to calculate data capacity.
Available data capacity for your domain
The data capacity available for your domain is 5 GB multiplied by the number of licensed users for each service. Note that the number of licensed users does not include kintone guest users.
You can purchase the additional storage option to add storage capacity for your entire domain. For details on additional storage, refer to the following page:Additional storage (Only available in Japanese)
Data capacity during the trial period
Data capacity during the trial period is calculated as follows:
If all of your services are in the trial period
If all of your services in the same domain are in the trial period, the data capacity will be equal to 10 GB multiplied by the number of trial services.
After the trial period ends and you purchase a service, the data capacity limit will be equal to 5 GB multiplied by the number of licensed users.
If you want to continue using the service while exceeding this limit, you need to purchase the additional storage option.
If you are using both purchased services and services in the trial period
If you are using services in the trial period together with services for which you have already purchased a subscription, the data capacity is 10 GB multiplied by the number of trial services, plus 5 GB multiplied by the number of licensed users.
If the limit is exceeded, you will be notified via email.
If you want to continue using the service while exceeding this limit, you need to purchase the additional storage option.
